I am planning to build a site, resembling the idea behind this site: http://www.band-stand.net/ (but not so unattractive) I will supply all graphics and design elements, i just need someone to bring it together. There is some complex databasing behind the site. the model is based on registration of URL's and logging/stat recording of user's URL performance. I will explain more when people show interest.
