    Hello everyone!

I've just lost a very nice job because of some reasons. But then I'd like to move on and earn for myself. I'm not lousy and always get the job completed before the deadline.

I'm a web designer by heart and a programmer in practice. You see, I can do it all but well there are just people who doesn't want me in their group.

That is a very bad proposal for your service. You shouldn't mention inappropriate things. You should talk about Web Design and what you can offer not that you lost a job or that you were kicked out of a group. You also don't have any proof that you can do what you claim to do, very bad.

Posts links, be concise and you will see a return.

Ya, what you should focus on is how well you can do on Web Design.

Just show us your talent man.

how about if you try again? introduce yourself again and tell us a little about your experience, and maybe point us to a few sites you have designed... We all have positive and negative. no need to mention the negative when looking for work :)

Exactly, pointing out the negatives will only hurt you - both now and in the long run.

Also, if you're looking to make money as a Web designer, don't look for work online very much. Focus on your community, and build bridges/forge relationships with local businesses and organizations. They'll be able to keep a roof over your head better than someone who's looking for the cheapest dollar online, plus you'll have more work coming in, on top of steady residual income (hosting and maintenance fees).
