which is the best language to design a good web site?

 

This question has been asked and answered several times today. If you want to build a website you'll need to learn HTML and CSS (for starters). I'd recommend starting by designing it in a program like Photoshop first. Good luck. PM me if you need hands-on lessons

 

For web design you need to know HTML and CSS.If you know that you can design.But you even should know photoshop.

 

The best language to build a webiste are HTML + CSS + JQUERY..They are used for interface website
and PHP used for back end of website

Html5/Css3/JQuery is the best combination to DESIGN a good website!!

 

I think javascript is better than php because in with javascript we can have flash like features and animation like prompt, alert, wipe and other animation effects which makes a website quick and fast. But on the other hand, as i think, with php we will be unable to get such features.

Frontend you want to use HTML, CSS and Java. Also depending on what you want, but if you like motion graphic websites. You need to use Flash, learn Action Script 3. There's a few things you can get away with Java that look like flash but will never compare. That's as for "web design"

 

Learn EVERYTHING! When building a website its smart to know bits and pieces of anything just incase you need to insert something custom.
