    Please PM me your rates, portfolios, instant messengers, and scope of availability. I am looking for a solid website designer to give consistent work to. It's most dependent on your portfolio, price, and your success in the first job I give.

    - Design via PSD is a MUST
    - Coding Valid XHTML/CSS is a PLUS, but not required. (if you're a great website designer, I can have someone else code)
