I want to buy one of these templates http://www.ecommercetemplates.co.uk/

My question is - which one do I buy for to make it easier for a design to redesign it for me....The options are:

    dreamweaver · frontpage · golive · css

    Thanks

well actually CSS could be edited in all those editors, it's versatile and easily converted to particular template for CMS, because you will use the template on a dynamics site

Dream weaver in my opinion is the most efficient software if you wish to use a object based web editor. I find that microsoft front page creates un-neccisary and browser un-friendly source code (when using the design feature)!

Your best bet would be to learn html, css and php to a high level and you can use notepad and have a complete understanding of how your pages work.

    Good luck.

Notepad++ or any text based editor.
CSS is for styling, doesn't matter you use Dreamcrap :p or anything.

All the three editing software (dreamweaver · frontpage · golive · css) are good, but i suggest you to go for dreamweaver

basically, CSS can be edited with any text editor. Dreamweaver, frontpage, notepad ++, even your default notepad can do this.
Dreamweaver and any other application just to make the work easier.

but, Dreamweaver is the best for me. And if you just begin to start learning HTML and CSS, Dreamweaver will make it easy to edit CSS for you.

as for the template, you might want to choose Dreamweaver. It's easy to begin with.

I recommend e-texteditor. But it haven't many features as other editors. So for beginers are better some sophisticated editors...Like Dreamweaver
