Say you have a service website (doesn't sell goods, but rather services. Leads are generated through the website and the owner woudl have to meet w/ the client to close the deal). This website ranks anywhere from the #1 position to the #4 position for atleast 6 major industry keywords on all major search engines (google, msn, yahoo, ask, etc.). Has thousands of backlinks, PR5, alexa rank of a little under 100,000. Leads are between 2-4 a week. Services if sold per lead can amount anywhere from $1000+ Site also would come with a phpbb forum with over 900 members and over 14,000 posts. Site got about 5,000 uniques this month and about 200,000 hits. Anyone have any suggestions on how much I could sell this website for?
