Hi everyone, Am wanting to increase my portfolio and experience so am offering my services to all reputable and trustworthy DP members . I first started my interest in web design at the start of 2006 when a friend of mine taught me how to manipulate MySpace layouts, I can say from there I was hooked, but it wasn't until 2007 that I decided to pursue web design and development as a career option and I enrolled in a community course. I spent 6 months in this course and then went out on my own for another 9 months, learning off various websites and forums. In 2009 I decided to enroll in a technical college, I done a course in Web Design and Multimedia and Advertising Design, which I passed very comfortable. At the end of 2009 after been turned down for a position in my town I decided to enroll at University and undertook a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I got my full year results a month ago and I passed all my papers with a B average, which is very promising since it will make my 2nd year at University (and 3rd overall) a lot easier. During all that time I gained experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, Java and Python, and this year at Uni I am going to learn more complicated forms of PHP, as well as JavaScript, JQuery, C and C++. I am particularly interested in the back-end settings and configurations for websites etc, but realize the importance for decent graphic designs as well and my ideas and skills are growing all the time.
