Web Design Team

    Hello

    I am interested in forming a web design team to take on projects so we can all make some money. I find that i can get us many good leads but i can not take on all projects some areas im weak in others im not so weak. The team will be of 2-5 people money will be split based on work and will most importantly be fair so no one gets the short end. I am hoping to keep us steady with a flow of work.
