    1. Professional and unique design, coded nicely (Valid XHTML).
    2. Unique content (about 12 thousands symbols without spaces).
    3. Good domain name PR2, plus around 10 more sub pages with PR2.
    4. Good ranking in google.co.nz on many related to webdesign keywords, like: affordable website design (top 3), banner development (top 1), php programming service (top 10) etc.

    Currently site makes about 10-15 dollars a month through link sale, but I didn't sell spots for links on home page.
