I need an experienced designer to create a website that is very similar to another website. Your design must not copy anything from their site including images, css, or source code. I don't want it exactly the same as theirs, but probably around 95% - 98% the same. Please keep the same 3-column layout as well. You can leave the right-most column empty too. We want to use almost the same color blue, and same color button. Don't forget to include image roll-overs as needed. I prefer that you use table-based column layout rather than divs. I like the rounded edges they are using as well. The code must be validated XHTML. As for the logo, I will work with you, or design it myself. You must include all Photoshop files as well. Since this requires virtually no creativity, the price is right.
