I am looking to sell 4 125x125 banner placements on web master tutorial blog which gets between 90 and 150 unique visitors on weekdays (when web devs are working at looking for tutorials). Over 90% of the traffic comes from google and targeted keywords. I have attached a shot of the google analytics showing the traffic and its main sources. $10 per month but I can do a deal for more months, or more banners etc.
