Help needed please folks, new here so please be gentle. Have a client who has seen this: http://drozpuregarciniacambogia.com.au & they want a site in a similar style, probably to sell products such as Home Liposuction, penis extension implants, DIY plastic surgery or some other such necessity to the human race . A quick look at source shows css & php, with an order box layered somehow on top of all that artwork; but the question is what tools /framework would you use to put it together, assuming limited css & php knowledge to start with?
