Web Design Pro - CSS - PSD - Templating

I am looking to build a relationship with a designer who can provide designs for the different open source softwares that I develop for my clients.
I usually work with CRE Loaded 6.2 and Joomla.

1. You should be able to produce clean, professional and versatile designs and stylesheets.
2. You should be available by Skype or AIM daily.
3. You can work very fast and turn around a designs quickly.
