We are preparing to create a website where the public will control their real estate listings themselves. The ability to upload pictures, modify their home data, create pdf print outs from their data, etc... We would like google maps to pull the address locations for the homes and subdomains will be used for each city. We have the server space setup and the domain name picked out and now we need the website designed. We woud like to have a site designed that is solid in white hat seo practices. I am happy to supply more information, but we are looking for some quotes. All interested please PM me.
If you say so, but you have no idea... If we let the clients update their photos themselves, how is that a FSBO? Regardless, if it was a FSBO, who cares? Your posts in this thread are non-producive to date.
No pagerank, no portfolio, no backlinks and no indexed pages in Google.... they probably will not work for us.
Hello NewComputer, have a look at our website or check our portfolio Let me know if you are interested
Thanks to everyone who has responded. Almost overwhelming (almost). Ideally, someone who can code and design would be great. We are looking for a logo as well. Logoworks.com has been mentioned, and we have used designoutpost.com in the past. Keep em coming...

Just saying, there are thousands of websites that let clients upload pictures of their own properties for a small fee (or even free). I call these FSBO, because the clients are the owners of the property, and they are putting the property up for sale. However, if your outfit is canadian, I am unsure how much competition you have - and wish you the best of luck. Incidentally I would use Virtual Maps from MSN as opposed to Google Maps.
