If you don't like the color scheme i can change it but don't discard my design because of that. Consider the quality and professional look of my design.

And the stock photo is bad cutted i know, but it will look good when i buy it (in case i win) and i have it in good resolution.

Thanks to everyone who has entered so far. The contest ends at 8pm UTC today (less than 5 hours away). Any last submissions, please get them in before then as there will be no further time extensions.
Also I want to clarify an issue raised by one entrant, the contest is for the website deisgn which will consist of two pages only. I will need the 'benefits' page done as well for the contest price of $200. This 2nd page will be simple and straighforward, something like:credit#check#forfree.co.uk/benefits.html.
The 'Order Now' tab that is in the navigation bar requires no design, it will just link directly to Experian's order page.

Thanks for the entry.
There are a few things in the design that doesnt appeal to me. I'm not keen on the yellow/blue colours or the font in the yellow box on the left hand side. For me, theres too much going on in the main image you have included and the image to the left of CheckMyCredit in the header seems not to suit.

This has been my first design contest here. Its been exciting and now I'm leaving with a design I really like. I really want to thank all of you for taking time to create designs: Dan9872, Cyristine, VictoriaAnn, Lokomedia, Josh Greenaway, DavidDell, zeba5, saxDesigns & katesrobyn. Cheers!

Its been really hard to make a decision. I've been thinking about it for the last hour. There were 4 designs I was seriously considering. My final decision is that saxDesigns is the winner. Thanks for a great design. I love it. The very close runner up was Dan9872's design. I didnt intend to give anything to a runner up but I would like to offer Dan9872 a runner-up gesture of $40 (I'm just sorry I can't afford more Dan).

i don't know why you gave examples if you choose a design who is not even closer to them.

 

The examples weren't meant to be duplicated, they were for inspiration

I'm really sorry you are feeling cross about this.
I thought everyone here understood that this is a contest, and then there is a winner and thats it finished.
As sax stated, I posted those websites for inspiration. What no-one wants is to end up with a close copy...they want a fresh perspective.
I dont think there is any point in me explaining why you are wrong (in my opinion) because design is one of those things where eveyone will differ. What I like in music, you will hate and so on. Who is right, you or me?
I chose sax's design because it appealed to me the most. I printed out the 4 entries I liked the best and everyone who came into my house today was asked 1 question: Which one of those do you like the best...Sax's design won this vox pop.
