Web Design Business - Show Prices or Have them Request Quote?

I currently run my own web design business - I am in the process of building the site for my business. I am curious to find out people's opinions on showing a list of prices for general websites, ie. 5 page website, $10,000 (<-- Kidding of course) or should I require them to fill out a "Request a Quote" form? Have you found one method to be better then the other?

    Thanks

Personally, I prefer to see prices on the site, but they can put customers off or loose you profit.

IE you get a big customer, but your site says £250 a page, and say your customer has a budget of £10,000 only wants a 10 page site. You loose out then.

put the average prices on the page and them have them reqest a custom quote or something like that.. Don't know this from experience, I just think that would be helpful

    Thanks
