I am putting up my web design/ blogging web site for sale. I am retiring from the internet and want the site to go to good hands.

The site has been online for a little over a year. It currently has a PR of 3. It did have a PR of 4 at one time but I got hit by Google for using the Text-Link-Ad scripts.

All of the content on the site is original and written by me. What you will be getting is the site, the written content, the template and four WordPress templates that have been submitted to the WordPress Theme Viewer and are in use on various sites around the internet.

The site has some decent backlinks. However I have not monetized it very well as I was using the site to attract clients. I've only used Google Ads and have made about $20 since October of 2007. With some work it could be a money maker.

Also included would be the .net version of the domain which expires in July of 2008. The .com version expires in Jan 2009.
