Web desginer required

    I need someone to redesing www.mediamobile.co.uk.
    1. The data is provided in CSV format from provider (whitelabel provider (http://www.e2save.com/affiliateprogram.php?PHPSESSID=942085168153896628ec385dab07b1c3)). There are four CSV files are:

    a. The main product feed CSV file
    b. The options bundles feed CSV file
    c. The special offers feed CSV
    d. The full specification feed CSV

    2. The feeds are updated every few hours - Monday to Friday. I need them update by automatically minmium of twice a day.
    3. All pages should html not codes

    4. Site shoudl be search engine frendly
    5. easy admin pannel to control everything
    6. CSS control <h1><h2>tag for all the pages
    7. 4 banners (2=468*60 and 2 small banners)
    8. Design should be unique
