    Hello, Telsa, I was away for the holidays, and I did ask my contact to have you send us a Moneybookers request. You have not done so yet, so they were unable to pay you during my absence. This is not purely my fault, as you did not send them the monaybookers request. Even they sent you an email requesting it.
