    Hi, I submitted to the following forum thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2086348 what requirements do I need to open new discussions in the http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php? f = 76? I wish I could buy and sell content for blogs and websites. Thank you for your willingness, I have some difficulty with the language and try to stick scrupulously to the rules

    As chandan123 pointed out, eligibility guidelines and other information regarding site usage is found in the FAQ as well as the messages you get when you got when you tried to post.
