I need a long term article/web content writer. Rate is $25 USD per week. I need content on Costa Rica subjects and keyword oriented. I need 5 pages per day, 500 words, 6 days a week. All must be unique (pass copyscape 100%) *well written* and optimized for that keyword. I will provide the keywords. English and grammar must be excellent. Prefer someone who can add the content to a web template with some photos they dig up from a royalty free site. Payment weekly via Paypal. No upfront payments so don't ask. All work must be on time and meet the above standards or payment will be withheld until everything is caught up. Start week on Mondays. Payment following Sunday. This is long term work. Your rate of $25 per week is a bit low. At $0.01 per word it would be $25 for 5 500 word articles alone, so it should really be $25 per day. If you want high quality content that will actually help your websites flourish then you should be paying more.
Does this imply 5 articles everyday of word length 500 words each? Which turns out to $25 for 30 articles over the period of the week? I'm definitely reliable but isn't the payout a bit less?

You want: Well written 100% Unique Excellent English and grammar We have to look for pictures for you - which often includes emailing the photographer to tell them where the photo will be used We have to upload all of it for you For less than... ($25 / 30 articles per week) ... $0.84 per article??? ... Good luck with that. I'd highly recommend raising your rates dramatically.
Even with just writing article, your rate is still not respect the writer's work. If u really want quality, do spend more money.
Honestly, you'll be lucky to find "Well written / 100% Unique / Excellent English and grammar" for less than $0.02 per word...and that's pushing it. You want to pay about $0.84 per article...most outsource / non-English speaking writers wouldn't even touch that. Not trying to be rude... it's possible you're new to hiring writers, is all. Just letting you know, you're severely underpaying while offering no other benefits to compensate.
Having hired dozens of writers, I've learned that you get what you pay for when it comes to content. The less you pay, the worse the content is, and the more hours you spend trying to "fix" it (which is sometimes impossible). At least that's been my experience...

Ok lets try this again. 5 articles, 500 words, for 5 days, full time work, $25.00 per week. No template, no pics, just the articles. I think for full time this is *reasonable* for an offshore writer. I have seen ads for $1.00 per article piece work. This is full time. Please no flaming. I just need a offshore writer who wants full time work.

i guess many of these people are trying to tell you is you can't expect "All must be unique (pass copyscape 100%) *well written* and optimized for that keyword" for that price, as the saying "you get what you pay for".
