Buying Web Comic Artist and Writer

    Hello. I have a site and want to hire a web comic artist and writer. I can provide the overall story arc and theme. I am looking for 4 comics a month with only 2 frames.

    So only 2 frames and maybe 3 main characters, the focus on technology

    I can pay 25.00 a web comic so thats 100.00 a month to do work once a week. I only want PRO graphic artists or people WITH web comic exeperience.
