    Does anyone have an opinion of WEBCEO? I have used to generate a list of potential link exchange partners, but the sites identified based on my keywords are most likely not going to exchange with me. Are there any other tools out there?

    I used WEB CEO for a while - liked it - but now I don't use any tools. just a lot of article marketing and Twitter, FB and Youtube as well (as well as sig links).

    I used to do link exchanges with Arelis (which is similar to WebCEO). Now I mainly focus on article marketing (Ezine Articles and Unque Article Wizard).

    I used Web CEO partner finder tool on early stages of the SEO process, now I do not send link requests , but monitor my backlinks agreements with it. Articles, press releases, tweets, etc. are more effective nowadays. But I still use Web CEO to check ranking, backlinks and analyze visitors
