Web Cam in PHP

So i want to make somthing like this:
when user opens my site, user can see me, and then my cam will be turned on and user can to see what i am doing in live.

please help me how to make this

Try looking at some of the software here about 3rd way down the page "Install software capable of uploading your cam’s images" + "Set up your website to display your latest webcam images"

 

it will be way to slow, simply use flash, its all there.

 

If you use php, it'll be like 1 frame a sec, and it really won't be worth it. Either use live streaming video or flash.

 

and how i can to use flash?
