I am planning to open web business in one of the EU country for example France. The user will purchase some virtual product let us say may advice - technical knowledge - and pay for it.. The payment will be transfered to my bank account in France (let us say I have dual citizenship French and US). All work will be performed within the US. Once per half a year all the money collected on french bank account will be transfered to my LLC corp. account in the US... Question..... Do I need to register corp in France as well AND PAY TAXES THERE.... or how to go about to not register corp. abroad and do not pay taxes abroad... ?? thx!
You will need to incorporate your company where you live, that said, then US citizens are tax on worldwide income so you won't avoid the tax there regardless where you incorporate and as long as it has to be legit.
So what you are saying despite the fact that my income is primary generated / reported on french bank account, I am only subject of taxes based on the US system....? no need for me to register, report any income in France..? thx
