Web Based Video to FLV

    I'm looking for a way to turn a video file (avi, mov, wmv, whatever) into an FLV via the web.

    Basically a user will upload a video and the script will change it into an FLV. Similar to what YouTube does.

    you can go to scriptlancer to ask someone to make it for you .. well for money ..
