Hi, I have a requirement for a web based script which should do the following. On entering the website - there should be a center flagpole on which every visitor can post a message(as flags) - each message will stick on the center flagpole with a flag. - on entering more messages, the flag pole should grow upwards with each new message showing at the top as a new flag. - the flag should be customizable with colours and shape.(pre built) - visitors can create one flag on entering one valid email id.(verification required) this is to create a "well-wishers list" for a celebrity. his photo will be shown on the top on the flag pole. Please let me know if anyone is confident to build this for me. let me also know your price.
What do you want this to be in? HTML with PHP/mySQL? And do you have the flagpole and flag images already? If so, I can do it for $200.
