Hey, I recently acquired a web-based proxy server similar to that of 1pxy.com. I reread the AdSense ToS today but wanted to make sure - is it against the ToS to place AdSense on the browsing page of proxy servers? In case you don't know which page I mean (and I'm sure most of you won't as my description was vague) I mean a page like this: http://www.1pxy.com/index.php?q=d3d3LmRpZ2l0YWxwb2ludC5jb20-&hl=1111101001 Am I right in assuming that you can't place AdSense in that top menu bar? Thanks
I don't know if it is specifically forbidden, I would have to read over the TOS again. However, I can assure you your chances of getting in trouble would be amazingly high since you have no control over the content shown and it is unlikely your proxy can control it so you could stay with in the TOS. Just going to a page with adsense on it would be a violation of the TOS, for example.
aeiouy: That's exactly the thought I had - I checked my logs since transfering the site to my host and noticed a majority of people where going to porn sites. And I see your point about other AdSense publishers too... son: You say on any "proxied" pages but placing AdSense on the homepage (for example www. 1pxy.com) would be completely fine right?
