Web Based multiplayer strategy game

    i need a browser based strategy game designed,
    what i am talking about is a game similar to tribalwars.net but with a lot of changes, i am guessing it will probably be in php and mysql although thats not a must.
    it will be better and easier for the programmer if they already have experience in this sort of thing,
