What about http://www.textfixer.com ? It seems to provide the same features and also contain exactly same descriptions for many of the tools that you are trying to sell. And that is an online tool.

 

I meant the script itself not the idea :|
For sure there are many other websites that gives idea same or close it.
but mine is with all tools ever and not only few tools like in textfixer website and you can compare it yourself.

Which script are you talking about ? I checked the doc 2 html conversion in both sites and I see that both the sites uses a javascript convert-word-html.js . Same name when viewing the source of the html files

I wanted to believe that yours is original, but textfixer seems to have archive.org pages from 2006 while there is no archive.org page for your site.

I was interested initially in your site, but please clarify what you are trying to sell. I don't want to buy some script that can get me in trouble.
