web-based linkbuilding services

I'm considering to make use of (paid) web based services for building links.
One may think here of linvana , buildmyrank.com and the like. What I understand is that they offer submission of articles including links that they will then place (and spin) on their blogs, returning you valuable backlinks.
Price range is vaguely around US$100/ month, but apparantly you can place as many domains, pages, articles as you like.
This is what I found out, but does anyone have experiences with that and what were the results/benefits for you?

I have heard mostly negative experiences from such blog networks/submission services. Either the blog owners who are part of the system have a low acceptance rate for articles, the networks submission rate is too slow or the articles simply don't get indexed.

I have never tried these services myself but that's what I've read on IM forums.

Automated backlinks monthly by pat jackson and gary is great. Not totally web based but the software is automated.

I have not heard of them. Who ever you decide to go with be sure to take your time and research the company or individual's work and rep. Just a quick peek at the website you speak of I would think if they were into seo they would have higher page rank. Not out of the question but one should also concentrate on their own site as well as others. They do seem to get some traffic. You could probably increase your ranking for much less if you look around at others and/or consider other outsourcing options. Guess it all just depends on what you are after. Good luck.

I agree on the "research first" part, given that those are paid services anyway.

Actually I am a bit surprised that only few people seem to have experience with that kind of service here.

Never tried the articles submissions one but i did tried a service that is suppose to give 1000 backlinks within 7 days, paid $10 through paypal, so i thought why not to try them out :)

and then the report came, . I read the report, the back-links they mentioned are generated on a fake usernames on forums, this username have 0 posts and my domain is listed as their home page.. :(

So when i see one ads displaying link building service, at first i will be skeptic. If they could build 1000 backlinks creating fake profile on a free forum despite of the forum PR, maybe i could build a custom software which is doing the same thing for $5. 1000 backlinks for $5 anyone interested? :p

May be they are just lying about 1000 links per 10$.I guess that is not possible especially with fake accounts and zero posts/
If I am wrong correct me.

it's possible, yes, some forums did permits you to post your url to your profile page even if you have 0 posting. I trully regrets that i bother to try the service, because now the domain should be considered as spammer.. :((

At least you can report on this kind of problem now.
Of course I think that there will be legit services as well. At least what they offer sounds reasonable. What they do is to place an article/text of yours on their blogs (guess they spin it). That article then will also contain backlinks.
