Hello DP. I have planed to start the web based games where i can earn some money. Game will be based on betting between two or more people. Is there any restriction from google/government that web gambling is not allowed? Can i launch the website? Will there be any risk?
If there is actual money involved pertaining to gambling you have to check your regional jurisdiction but, yes. Lots of oversight and currently illegal a lot of places. DP is not the best place to get advice for this. You should really consult a lawyer. Nigel
