Web Based Dreamweaver Like Editor in an Open Source CMS?

    What open script has this kind of functionality? I'd like to create a website for someone who does not understand HTML and I'm trying to find them a good cms script to install for them.

    Just search for WYSIWYG editor. There's a bunch.

    Joomla has it. It comes with one known as TinyMCE. You can download another one for it known as Xampp. And theres also a third one for it but don't remember the name
