I am selling a web based chat community with a PR6 main page and other PR5 pages throughout.

This site has huge potential to make a profit by selling advertising, text links, banners etc.

Due to lack of time i havent been able to build this aspect of the site yet. With the PR6 i am pretty sure somebody with time on their hands can make the website take off pretty quickly!

Traffic is around 400 a month and growing! Have stat pictures to prove this.

Has also several search engine rankings on yahoo/msn under targetted but good keywords.

Currently theres not much i can show you since i havent had time to put the google ads on there yet or the Yahoo ads.

Im sure i could get quiet a few links sold since its a PR6 possibly at 10$ a pop.

This is a potentially highly profitable site with very good foundation.

just to add to the info that the site is ranked in some search engines for pretty competative keywords in my opinion. As the site has been hardly optimized (titles, meta tags) it has achieved a 3rd page ranking for ''Free Chat room'' keyword which in my opinion is promising.

With a bit more time spared which is something i cant afford to alocate at the moment i think it can do pretty well.

Therefore i think that matter has been clarified!

 

To be honest I dont really care other than the title of the thread is misleading.
