Buying Web Based Backlink Indexing Bot in PHP

Hey everyone,

I am not sure if its possible or not, but I am interested in a web based backlink indexing bot coded in php. Some features I would like to see included are below:

1. Enter a list of 1 - 1000 backlink urls
2. Break the list into groups of thirty or so links and create rss feeds of those links, can use a service like html2rss link2rss etc.
3. Submit the newly created rss feeds to several rss aggregators
4. Ping the rss feeds and each individual backlink url
5. Possibly bookmark the rss feeds on a couple of social bookmark sites
6. Post the rss feeds to identi.ca or similar services
7. Post the rss feeds and a content snippet to a blog(s) which I own. Content pulled from rss feeds or entered manually by user.
8. Ability to check if backlinks are indexed in Google and remove indexed links from list.

Any information you can give me on creating the above would be great. Interested in a price, completion time and any feature enhancements or concerns that you may have.
