Web admin salary?

I have a friend who is starting a business, and he needs a webmaster for it. It's a video rental site, and I'm pretty sure the duties would just be modifying titles and the like, along with making sure the server is up and basic stuff like that.

My worry is that it basically won't be worth my time. I make a decent amount on my own, and have no idea how much I should ask for.

Does anyone have any advice how much I should ask for? Is this usually a per job type thing or should I ask for a monthly fee?

Having different streams of income is always good. I would recommend you to get that job for a $300 per month as it doesnt require any technical experience and it wont be a problem for you to maintain your other businesses too

It depends on your responsibilities, basic web maintenance and keeping a server up is not that hard, couple of hours a day at $8/Hr. its about $500 per month.
