I get the menu.html page to display fine, but when I attempt to login to either the ISP Management or the Customer side I get the following error:

    Unexpected Error

An unexpected error occurred: No default and no address for database MainMenu.fp5.

Click the Back button on your browser to return to the previous page.

Sounds like you are running Web Server Connector, but WSC has not been configured/setup yet. You should log into the WSC admin and setup your databases there.

There should be a separate PDF that comes with WSC... if memory serves me correctly, I believe the URL to log into it is:

    http://yoursite/FMPro?config

yoursite being the site you have WSC installed on of course.

OK. Got into it, but I am not seeing any documentation in the OptiGold PDF on how to config it. Is there a chapter I am missing on how to set it up? Thanks for the help.

No, it's not in the OG documentation, it's in the web server connector admin guide that comes with it.

I got it after some 'playing around'. But I cannot get it to work on Port 80. It required me to change the port number then it works fine. Any ideas? I would like it on port 80 to make it easy on the tech guys.

Maybe you already have web server running on port 80?
