Web 2.0 ? what is it ?

    well ive just joined the site

    ive made a few sigs websites etc and though i could make some extra cash here

    now i was reading some stuff and it says i want a web 2.0 look or feel on many topic

    but i was wondering what do they mean by this

    It is basically just a website with a shiny glossy windows vista look to the buttons, headers, etc. :)
