Web 2.0 styled sites with Adsense?

Has anyone seen Adsense successfully integrated into the design of a Web 2.0 style page (you know: large font, light backgrounds, subtle 3d etc.)?

I want to build a site for a client but since he wants adsense included I am concerned that the font sizings will look out of place.
