Web 2.0-style button

    It's a badge for people that support solar energy. I know it's the kind of stuff that's been done a dozen times, but I wanted to do it myself. It's my first attempt at anything web 2.0-ish. I'd like your comments on it and maybe some tips on improvement :) It's made in fireworks CS3.

    I would have made it look like a sun, rather than a badge. :D The text is a bit too pale, or doesn't offer enough contrast but it's still readable. Overall, nice work.

    Solid white would have been perfect for the text, the rest looks great.

    What do you think about this? The text has been made more readable (pure white, as per most of the comments so far), but to preserve the effect of the text being under the gloss, I added a slight blur.
