Nice Site... I was thinking about doing the same thing awhile ago, but another project came up.... Current Site: 1. It is not clear that you must put your email in to start (although that is the only thing you can do) 2. Design is great 3. Questions: Allow user to select option of Multipul choice ot free text answer. 4. Add privacy policy. Others: 1. At end of text show html for results to allow users to post on their MySpace Page. 2. Record data! Create random questions that you auto insert into the survey to allow you to identify users better. This information could be very valuable to resell to companies that trade data for consumer research and targeting. PM me if you want to discuss, as I would be happy to chat to you about where to take this. I would be interested in purchasing a copy from you and helping you with development of the product.
Nice design! I think the colors would look nicer if they were darker (dark red) and the box on the right seems a bit orange? That would look better if it was a yellow like the beta seal you have there.
