web 2.0 portal design

    i am redoing one of my sites and i need a new template for it.

    i really like the new portal designs of sites such as yahoo.com, mail.com, and aol.com

    how much would something like this cost?

    if you wish it can be xhtml/css coded but that will cost 30$ extra
