Web 2.0 Designer Neeeded Asap For PSD Template

    I have a upcoming project I've been working on for 3 months but I havn't made great progress, basically because I never had a design I liked.

    I'm looking for a designer who can make JUST the PSD for me(I don't need it sliced/coded).

    The template must be clean, web2.0 "style" and a bright colour overall.

    This is the basic layout of the design needed.

    I have the old template which looks alot similar as the layout if you need this.

    I have $90 to spend on the PSD template but if you need more I will find a way of getting more.
