Web 2.0 Designer needed.

    I will pay a Web 2.0 Designer to redesign my E-Commerce website, all he has to do is add a few Web 2.0 elements to it such as maybe a monogram background, better color choice, or even a fancy link roll over. As far as the pay goes, if it looks good and it's userfriendly, money shouldn't be much of a concern.
