Web 2.0 classified script desperately needed

I've just spent a half hour searching this site for classified scripts and have not seen a single one worth getting - I'm looking for one that must have the following:

- Shows location of the item via a Google Maps applet. A dynamic up-to-the-minute map like this one would be REALLY nice to have.
- Has RSS
- Doesn't look like it was designed in 1995
- SEO friendly URLs
- Allows for payment per ad via Paypal or possibly Google Checkout
- AJAX scrolling box of newly added classified ads would be really nice, but not necessary
- A description area that doesn't allow users to insert HTML
- Doesn't cost something ridiculous like $1,000, unless it is REALLY, really good and worth spending that much for

Surprisingly, it seems to be impossible to find a good classifieds script - please suggest one, rep will be given thanks in advance.

it come with google map api (not using it), the best is base on WP, which means SEO friendly n cheap too

I am also looking for a classified script with google maps. I am not clear on what script are you using?

 

Thanks guys. I also came over ikiclassifieds, which looks interesting but they charge some money for it.
Also looked at edirectory - this one is really expensive.
And I look at geoclassifieds - they seem to have some impressive website built with it and they also charge for it.
I am still on research and I will see.

 

Noah's Classifieds looked nice, but it's another case where all "Noah" sites look exactly the same, and they are difficult to edit. It always seems like Wordpress is the best alternative for everything.

phpLD has also recently launched a classified ad script with a nice modern design. We don't have the scroller in the base release, but we've done things like this before. Let us know if you are still looking (or someone else who found this thread).
