I've had him on ignore for about a year or so. Every once in a while I am stupid and click that evil button () but I won't tell you about the evil button just in case you don't know what button that is....
As long as no one quotes him, I think I will finally be in peace. I'm kinda surprised he was never banned.. All that negativity is completely counter productive. And the insulting homo stuff is not only offensive to hetero's, it's probably even more offensive to those that are homosexual. This guy lacks decorum and taste. He alienates everyone around him, even those that agree with him from time to time. I've not seen that much anger out of one person in all my travels... It's really quite scary..
Well, I know that evil button, I have used it for some other people but I doubt I'll ever use it for Gworld as I know he wont be talking anything new... It disgusting for me...
LOL. four pus*ies give each other hug and cry about the cruel world that doesn't understand the hard work that cheerleaders squad does. This is really true to their cheer leading spirit since not only in real world, they are too scared to serve but even in a forum, they will put their tails between their legs and run.
I know gworld just posted something, but I can't see it!!!! Woo hoo! I bet he is either A) quoting himself B) calling us cheerleaders, C) talking about little boys and balls, or D) all of the above.
I got have a notion to take him off ignore just so I can see how I did.....on second thought...nahhhh!
You're welcome Wow, it never occurred to me to think about whether or not you remembered me. Do you keep notes, or do you just have a very good memory? But, back to the topic of the thread, let's talk about that instead of what you think of me. I repeat, it's possible the weapons were taken by terrorists who attacked Iraqis. And I agree that probably did happen in some cases. But it's also likely that weapons were made off with by Iraqis who are soldiers & police by day, & insurgents at night. That probably happened too. And maybe some were smuggled out of the country too. And they said not all of the weapons are actually missing, they just don't know for sure where they all are. Hey, no problem, right? We're doing a heckuva job over there.
Ah, actually according to a recent Gallop Poll released today, we are. According to Americans, people are happy with the surge, and believe that progress is being made. As a matter of fact, the Presidents Job Approval rating has been on the up swing for several months now as well. Go figure.. Get this though, the liberal media outlets that asked this poll be conducted were so unhappy with the results, they had Gallop run it again, and the Presidents approval rating and support of progress the war on terror actually went up even higher.. Source.. I heard this on a liberal talk show this morning.. Go figure...
I think you probably hit a few on the nail there. The police could be selling them to make money too. Some complaints last year from the police was the pay, and how many would walk away on a given day, etc... From what I hear, those of a certain faith can lie about certain things that further their "cause" so I am sure that would cover stealing also.
I think they said it went from 29% to 34%... Actually if you look at http://www.galluppoll.com/ you can probably see for yourself..
Memory. No, no notes. Just one of those things that stuck. The unusual spelling of your moniker coupled with your avatar. If this is something you originally said, then I owe you an apology. We can certainly agree on this. My point is that not "all" were stolen from Iraqis that terrorists have killed. That would be absurd. But I can't help but think that *some* (a fair amount) are. We agree on this too. I have no doubt this could (has) happened. I'm not surprised by this though. Being a fresh and new Army and having a long way to go before they ever get some sort of order and accountability, I'd be surprised if they have little, if any, accountability on anything. We don't have to be doing a "heckuva" a job to note that some things go well and others do not. No one ever said it was going to be easy. I'd like nothing more than foreign terrorists to go back to their countries and stop killing Iraqis that just want to live their lives in peace. I'd like nothing more than for muslims to actually demonstrate they have the ability to police themselves and actually do something besides blowing up inanimate objects and killing others. Perhaps Iraqis are not deserving of freedom? Maybe the only way they can live, is with a brutal dictator? Food for thought...
His approval rating only matters if it's below 50%. When it's was above 50%, those that often refer to it's lower state these days, never accepted it anyway.
This news is fine, just fine - war profiteers get to make money off of both sides - the good news is we get to manufacture and sell more guns!
What happened to the weapons? Simple: Double DIPPING. Charge the government for the quantity of GUNs that never delivered and sell the same one to another clan, Paramilitary, Somalia Gangsters. For these vultures, Iraq is dead carcass.
Weapons just don't go missing. If we are supplying the Iraqi Army with weapons then we should be training them with the same accounting procedures our military uses for weapons. To give an example, if you were out on a training exercise for the US Army and lost your rifle there would be hell to pay. Your whole unit may be required to spend extra days in the field until that weapon is found. If weapons were lost on a convoy run by US soldiers, then those weapons would be reported and recorded as lost and there might be an investigation as to how the weapons were stored during transport and how they became "lost". Having accountability for your weapon is instilled from the very day the military places a weapon in your hands. If we are not holding the Iraqi soldiers to that same accountability, there is a huge problem there.
