Nope. I think they should change to the euro or to users local currency as non US publishers are loosing money.
I have to say NO, but i surely can see something moving down in my AdSense reports.. and that`s not good. But that`s AdSense with Ups and Downs.
If google aren't factoring the exchange rate changes in when caluclating payments to non US AdSense publishers it means as the dollar gets weaker they are skimming of our income and profiteering from the weak dollar.
I'm earning the same as before, the problem is that the euro gets stronger and the US dollar goes down the shitter Obviously I'm earning less with these circumstances. That's also why USA products are much more expensive in the EU.
