    Like mentioned, was discussed here, and would require some sort vbullet upgrade (unless there's a plugin for this)...

    I'm sorry but, I have been an administrator with a Vbulletin forum, a Phpbb, smf, IPB and crappy Vanilla, and YaBB. VBullein does not let admins read personal emails! The only way they can do it is if they change an account's password to whatever they want and then log in using that password, or they can just check the database.

    they can just check the database, and you have been an administrator, I was a super administrator I actually made the forums myself and they did allow me to do so
