ahhh, I see. A new website that has no listings and YOU as the only "agent"... So, my question would be, how do you expect to attract buyers? I see how you are attracting sellers... but not buyers.... The site I referred you to isn't worth all that trouble. It is a very "low end" site so not sure it would be for me
With sellers come buyers, I'm attempting to get the business launched now. My website isn't the only place that the site will be listed for sale. There will be a weekly newsletter with all the sites for sale. I also advertise heavily in my local area. You don't have to worry about the site getting sold, that's our problem. The point of the company is to take the responsibility and hassle of selling your site completely out of your hands.
The template is not attractive to gain customer and not friendly navigation,just my feedback.I might be interested to list some site for sale

yes even in my opinion i think the template is not attractive.it is a serious letdown to your business because as soon as i saw your site i was like "aah this doesn't look professional" its just my opinion btw!
That's understandable, as for now though I don't have the funds to hire a professional site designer. Once the site gets a little more established I will look into a more professional site design. If anybody has more suggestions I am always open to constructive criticism. @youyap I have emailed you.
