We're in web hosting business, it's a tough biz as you already know. It's just so competitive and it's getting expensive to do marketing as well. Currently, we have fantastic hosting plans and our clients love it, but we need traffic to our site to get more biz. Which is the best way to do so? Efficiently and economically. Your inputs are greatly appreciated.

Get an army of affiliates to promote for you. Do joint ventures with Internet Marketers who have big lists. Allow them to offer 1 month free hosting to all of their sales. They will thank you, and you'll get a bunch of new customers who will most likely stay with you -- especially because they are probably learning from said Internet Marketer how to build a site and use that hosting. The key though is to enlist others. Do joint ventures. Real effective marketing is all about the networking connections.

Well you need volume and targeting. The way to go are PPC networks or traffic or CPA brokers imho.

Thanks guys for the inputs. In the mean time, we're working hard on it as well. I have found that text links have been helpful, and banner ads are great as well.

In trying to help you I went to your web site. My first impression was that it is very very busy. Meaning maybe too much info on front page. As far as getting new customers:
What makes your company different then the multitudes of hosting companies.
I would select a couple of benefits of your company over others and market that way.
I see you have a resellers program and a afilliate program. However, your affiliate link goes to support each time rather then affiliate info.
I would definetly go for affiliates pushing the recurring.
As always, free advice is easy. Doing it is a little harder.

The only problem I see with your website is your reseller plan
Why do you have limits there, but not on your webhosting plan
Did you get any reseller so far?

    Hi guys,
Thanks for your feed-backs, they're definitely valuable. We're actually working on re-arrange our front page a bit. We agree that it's busy right now, put our main purposes were to provide clients as much information as possible when they first come to the site, but I also see the bad side of it.

About resellers, yes, we have many many reseller accounts, many clients have been with us since day one in 2003. We can't provide unlimited reseller accounts, because they will be oversell easily. With regular hosting, we can control it better, but this is just a Limited Time Offer, so it will be end soon.
